Recently, courtesy of Danny, my financial controller and I spent a night on Valentia Island in Kerry. I’ve wanted to get down there for what seems like years so it was nice to get a perfectly beautiful sunny day to take advantage of. Alot more photos coming, including a 160 image multi-row panorama, which if processed correctly, will become a 10ft wide photo on my living room wall!

Great movement in the water in the first shot. Looks like a nice spot to visit if the weather is good. Can you drive on to the island or do you need to get a boat?

You can do whichever takes your fancy! There’s a car ferry from Cahirciveen or you can drive down a bit further to Portmagee and take the bridge. We went over on the bridge and came back on the ferry… just for a bit of diversity
