Take a left and there should be a newish green fence in front of you with a gate that could well be closed. Open yon gate, drive inside and park wherever you please. I thought it was locked when I went down there but after hanging around for a few mins I saw people inside there. It's just a shame it's not possible to get closer to the dam...
